With pleasure and congratulations NTC has successfully finished the phases of the first collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO).

This was through our project with WHO-EMRO (Regional Office with the Eastern Mediterranean) that included our consultation and training services for the Molecular Biology and Influenza Lab at the Central Public Health Laboratories (Ministry of Health).

The lab has successfully passed the accreditation assessment with excellent performance. So the lab is waiting for the accreditation certificate approval.

We have received many appreciations from the EMRO representative along with appreciations from the lab managers and the quality department.

The project was a successful intensive one through around 15-months, that ended up qualifying the central lab for the international recognition beside obvious improvement and increased staff competency.
